Rhino Delta Roof Bar Systems Ford Transit ELWB JUMBO Medium Roof - 4 Bar Rhino Delta Roof Bar System. The latest addition to the Rhino range, specific roof bar systems introduced for the latest vans and upgraded fitments for the most popular current vans. Newly engineered for the specific vehicle and supplied with a complete custom fitting kit with all fixings and comprehensive instructions for a safe and speedy fit.
The new aerodynamic bars are engineered for ultimate strength and wind noise resistance, the drawn steel bars retain an aluminum look to complement today's vehicles but with the reduced cost of a steel bar. The fitting kits are newly designed with full powder coating and stainless fixings supplied. A full range of roof bar accessories are available including bespoke rear rollers, new load stops, board stops, pipe tubes and ladder clamps all of which complement the new design.
These bars and accessories are sure to become the best answer for a quality load carrying system that is strong enough to last for many years of use. Door Mounted Ladders
Rhino Rear Door Mounted Ladder. (Inc. Bespoke kitting kit). This ladder comes with a laser cut bespoke fitting plate that matches the rear door of your van perfectly (Enabling no room for error i.e. No hole's in the wrong place!). Rear door ladders are the perfect solution for easy access to the roof of your vehicle, the ladders have been designed with round hand rails and anti-slip safety rungs. All ladders are finished in an automotive industry leading 2 part paint process, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and durability.
This 7 step ladder has been designed at the correct height for your individual van. All ladders come complete with comprehensive fitting kit and full instructions. The Picture is for illustrative purposes only; the rear door ladder you will receive will be matched exactly to fit your vehicle.
SafeClamps
The Rhino SafeClamp incorporates strength, speed and style to provide a revolutionary clamping system. Use of a composite beam structure and stainless steel anchor hooks offers high strength whilst providing excellent corrosion resistance. The innovative one touch clamping method ensures that the operation is five times quicker than the traditional screw down ladder clamps. Security is taken care of using the integral lock that sees an end to the days of rattling and easily lost padlocks.

Load Stops
The Newly designed Rhino load stops are now fully universal on Rhino modular racks and rhino bar systems. Fully moveable along the width of the bar, can be positioned at both ends or any position in between to accommodate odd shape loads and ladders etc.
Fully rust proofed and heavy duty plastic coated to withstand the roughest treatment, easily adjustable with integral hand adjustment. Integral holes on the vertical black section allow the easy fastening of load straps, bungee's and ropes for securing any type of load. Supplied boxed in pairs.
Universal Pipe Tubes
Universal Pipe Tubes are the perfect solution for safe carriage of piping and anything you can fit into the 125mm square tube. Designed to hold up to 50 lengths of 15mm copper tubing.The main tube is manufactured from aluminum for optimum strength whilst being as light as possible.The end caps are designed with a integrated steel bulkhead for increased strength and security.
The nose cone is made from GRP to be as strong as
possible whilst the aerodynamic design lowers wind drag and noise.The new locking mechanism improves security with the introduction of a key locking bracket. Fully crash tested up to 20G and full TUV approval has been obtained for this product. Fully universal pipe tube to fit any roof rack and any van, comes complete with all fixings and easy to read instructions.
